Essential Duties:

• Plays a lead role in the design and implementation of IT systems.
• Works with subject matter experts in Finance, Sales, HR, Manufacturing, Quality to design, implement, and use custom modifications and reports for ERP applications.
• Writes and maintains documentation pertaining to relevant applications and systems.
• Works with partner and subsidiary organizations to design and implement complex software integration projects.
• Mentors junior developers in industry best practices, procedures, and concepts.
• Assists in disaster recovery planning and testing for ERP applications.
• Acts as a Subject Matter Expert, providing training and escalation resources.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related area
• 10 years of relevant experience developing and maintaining ERP applications.
• Experience working in regulated environments.
• Working knowledge of enterprise RDBMS systems, especially Microsoft SQL Server.
• Working knowledge of object-oriented languages, particularly C#, X++, and Java. 
• Working knowledge of Windows and UNIX system administration, as well as networking and storage concepts.
• Familiarity with all phases of the software development lifecycle. 
• Will have the ability to communicate clearly and effectively, prioritize tasks and work independently with minimum supervision.
