Are you a Compliance professional that wants to be a key part of a successful recruitment businesses growth?
Your responsibilities are but not limited to:
· Drafting contracts and extensions for client and candidate
· Assistance with answering and forwarding contractor queries as necessary
· Ensuring accounts receive correct placement and payment details
· Provide updates to consultants with current contractors onboarding
· Obtaining sufficient onboarding documents to support placement as per client requirements
– Right to Work
– Insurances
– COI or equivalent
– Proof of Bank Details
· Assisting the Compliance Lead with any auditing requirements
· POC for any initial contract queries, escalating to the Compliance Lead where necessary
The ideal candidate will come from a recruitment industry background and be used to working with a large number of contractors
