– Strong communication skills to participate in product innovation meetings at board level to discuss the technology roadmap.
– A strong people manager and leader.
– A very positive mindsetwith a can do attitude is key!
– Passionate about getting things done and able to engage people across the business to complete goals and quickly drive value.
– Any experience in Salesforce, Adobe AEM, Analytics, Targett and Campaign, Zuora and AWS will be highly beneficial
– Experience working in a consultancy or digital agency environment
– Strong technical understanding in software development – ideally a background as a Developer would be a bonus.
