Main Responsibilities
Reporting –
- Overseeing the reports going out to management, analysing and working with Ops Analyst to identify and resolve issues and be a “second pair of eyes”
- Work with Ops Analyst to understand commentary required and provide overview to management on issues
- Take responsibility for some reports (end of week, MBR’s)
- Provide team reports on productivity to Ops Manager
- Reporting on suppliers, spend, cost etc
Relationships –
- Overseeing contractor care programme, working with Contractor Care Assistant providing report to Ops Manager
- Managing relationships with suppliers
- Client services
Finance –
· Managing timesheet process
Compliance –
· Knowledge of compliance to assist compliance team if necessary
Overall right hand to Ops Manager, hands on, providing solutions to problems

· Experience of working in the Recruitment sector
