MS Dynamics CRM Developer

MS Dynamics CRM Developer Canada 90 CAD per hour INT.849 Temporary 6 Months

Performance Expectations 

  • Use your extensive product knowledge to define and present effective Dynamics CRM/365 solutions
  • Collaborate with the client and project team to identify client needs through interviews, workshops and requirements analysis
  • Understand, diagnose and recommend solutions for specific functional and technical challenges
  • Implement Dynamics CRM/365 solutions leveraging out of the box capabilities, configuration and customization
  • Help select and execute selected approaches to delivery including waterfall and agile
  • Take responsibility for the success of the overall solution and contribute to project planning, management and status reporting
  • Collaborate with firm leaders and other team members to perform peer review and share knowledge
  • Understand, evolve and augment team best practices
  • Interface with clients to understand needs, explain designs and demonstrate solutions
  • Lead and mentor other CRM consultants
  • Communicate effectively, proactively and meaningfully

Credentials 

  • Possess a Bachelors and/or a Master's degree or equivalent
  • Three (3) or more years of functional or technical experience implementing Dynamics CRM/365 solutions
  • Four (4) or more years of consulting or industry experience
  • Ideally, experience with all Dynamics CRM/365 versions from 4.0 to 2016
  • Strong understanding of the full implementation lifecycle including requirements, architecture, design, development and testing; strong SureStep understanding a bonus
  • Development experience with other related technologies such as Dynamics CRM/365, BizTalk, and/or SharePoint would be beneficial
  • Previous experience working with Government of Canada departments and understanding of the sector is strongly preferred, but not mandatory
  • Experience with other CRM and ERP packages and experience with custom/xRM development would be a bonus
  • Valid Government of Canada security clearance at Reliability level or above
  • Willingness to travel to client project sites as needed
