Responsibilities:

• Ensuring amendments are made for both KPI and Revenue only a monthly basis
• Monthly reporting on starters and finishers
• Call reports AM & PM
• Week against target report
• Thursday reports
• Weekly conversation and call times report
• Daily conversation and call times report
• Convo audit report
• Daily activity report
• After 5pm report
• 150% KPI report
• USA call times
• Monthly priorities

As a Junior Operations Analyst, you will need:
